to Thekkady.
Boating
in Periyar Lake & Sight Seeing.
Optional
Activities: Plantation tour (1:30 hours) any time from 8:00am to
6:00pm, Elephant Rides (30 minutes) from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Trekking
in Periyar Wildlife Sanctury (either in the morning or night),
Bullock cart ride, Kathakali show, Bamboo drafting, Tribal Village
visit.

Transfer
to Kumarakom after breakfast. 12 noon check into the houseboat. Relax
freely and enjoy the backwaters of Kumarakom and the typical village
life and atmosphere of Kerala. One hour stop for lunch. Cruise will
end by around 5.30 pm.
From
5:30pm to 8:00am boat will be anchored and it will be idle in the
lake (As per GOVT rule, village people have to go for fishing in the
lake). Morning cruise from 8:00am to 9:00am.

stay at Houseboat Kumarakom

out from houseboat at 9:00am. Transfer to Kovalam.
